Our Mission
It is our mission to make ordering your competition posing suit as easy and stress-free as possible, after all, competition preparation is stressful enough! Due to popular demand, we have brought back our hassle-free ordering system. We want you to walk away 100% satisfied with your custom posing suit.
Our Guarantee
We must be notified by phone or e-mail within 48 of the receipt of your suit if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied so that we may remedy the situation. If you pick up your suit in person, we must be notified before you leave with your suit. If your suit needs to be remade or altered in any way it must be sent back to us within 3 business days if your suit was mailing to you or must be left with us if you came to pick your suit up. If you do not contact us within this time frame regarding any possible alterations that you may need then you will be charged for alterations. If you feel the suit does not fit you properly, we can usually correct this simply by walking you through how to wear your suit. Alterations will only be provided if your suit does not fit you in the way that it was designed to fit.
Once you have worn a suit purchased from us, had the suit altered by someone other than us or if you are outside your 3 business day window, you will be charged for any alterations that you may need.
Order Turn-Around Time
The turn-around time for custom posing suit orders is 3 weeks. Once we have all of the information we need for your order, we will provide you with an estimated ship date. When your suit is ready to ship when your balance is paid in full, you will be e-mailed the tracking number for your suit and your suit will ship. Turn-around time is subject to change and you will be notified immediately should this occur.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-negotiable. Unused payments expire after 1 year. We do not offer returns and offer exchanges only if the error is ours or your suit does not fit you properly and needs to be altered or replaced.
Rush Orders
If you need your order faster than 2 weeks or as little as 4 days, we are happy to provide you with a rush order service for a fee of $100 plus the cost of expedited shipping. Due to the short turn-around time of such orders, some materials, fabrics and crystal colors are not always available. Rush order turn-around times will also vary based on shipping methods available. We address each rush-order on a case by case basis and do everything we can to provide you with your custom posing suit as fast and stress-free as possible.
